Position SummaryThe General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. They count and inspect product and notify leadership of damages or discrepancies. Associates perform duties as assigned and maintain safe, efficient operation of all equipment. They comply with all corporate and site‑specific policies and contribute to performance, safety, and quality objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Pick orders accurately using a pallet jack; stage, package, band, shrink wrap, and label products per client requirements and SOPs.
- Perform quality control functions: verify products/orders meet standards, report damages or discrepancies, and complete required documentation.
- Execute safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly facility; assist with security.
- Operate equipment (e.g., pallet jack) safely, inspect and report equipment problems; maintain equipment as needed.
- Assist with maintenance of building, grounds, and equipment as assigned.
- Work overtime as dictated by business, whether mandatory or voluntary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse; accommodate mild to moderate temperature extremes.

- Computer skills:
None required. - Language:
English (reading, writing, verbal). - Mathematical:
Basic to intermediate level to verify quantities, count inventory, or perform related duties. - Attention to detail, accuracy; accomplish tasks timely.
- Perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
- Adapt to change in a fast‑paced environment.
- 6 months experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
- Current or prior MHE certification.
- Occasionally handle/fingering, sitting.
- Frequently bend.
- Constantly walk and stand.
- Lifting 21–50 pounds; requires reaching above shoulder, outward, squatting, or kneeling.
Rare exposure to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. Noise level usually low to moderate.
