Title:
Warehouse Associate – B Shift (Hiring for 4 openings). Time Type:
Hourly. Shift: Mon‑Fri, 2 pm‑10:30 pm.
The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. They also count and inspect product, report damages or discrepancies, and operate equipment safely and efficiently. Associates are expected to meet company objectives in performance, safety, and quality and comply with all policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Picking: Use a pallet jack to accurately pick orders, stage products, and prepare them for shipping, including stamping, shrink‑wrapping, and labeling as required by client SOPs.
- Quality Control: Verify that products and orders meet quality standards, document receipt and shipment, report damages or discrepancies, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance: Execute safety protocols, maintain a clean and orderly work area, assist warehouse security, and follow OSHA and SDS standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely; maintain equipment and report problems.
- Maintenance: Assist with building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned.
- Other Duties: Work overtime as required by business and perform additional duties as assigned.

MinimumRequired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures ranging from mild to moderate.
- English reading, writing, and verbal skills.
- Basic to intermediate mathematics to verify quantities and inventory.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work with minimal supervision, and adaptability to change.
- Minimum 6 months experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
- Current or prior MHE certification.
- Occasionally handle/fingering, sit.
- Frequently bend.
- Constantly walk and stand.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull 21–50 pounds; reach above shoulder, outward, squat, or kneel.
Work area has low to moderate noise; rarely exposed to fumes or chemicals; compliance with OSHA and SDS standards.
