Warehouse Associate – E Shift (Fri.–Sun., 6 pm–6 am)

The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. The role also includes counting and inspecting product and notifying leadership when there are damages or discrepancies. Associates are accountable for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and will be expected to perform all duties as assigned.
Responsibilities Picking Responsibilities- Use a pallet jack to accurately pick orders to fulfill client demands.
- Efficiently and accurately pick products and stage them in the appropriate areas.
- Stack, package, band, shrink‑wrap, and label products as determined by client requirements.
- Process all picking functions as defined by the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Use appropriate documentation to ensure that all products and orders are received, handled, and shipped correctly.
- Verify that products and orders meet quality standards, reporting any damages or discrepancies.
- Stack, package, shrink‑wrap, and label products.
- Process all quality control functions as defined by the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Execute all safety protocols and perform tasks in a manner that promotes safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility, assist in warehouse security, and keep a tidy work area.
- Comply with Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site‑specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS standards.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Report equipment problems and maintain equipment upkeep.
- Work overtime as dictated by business, whether mandatory or voluntary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures ranging from mild to moderate.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to perform tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
- Effective adaptation to change and thriving in a fast‑paced work environment.
- 6 months experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
- Current or prior Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification.
- Occasional handling/fingering, sitting.
- Frequent bending.
- Constant walking and standing.
- Lift/Carry 21–50 pounds, including reaching above shoulder, reaching outward, squatting, or kneeling.
The job is performed in a warehouse environment with low to moderate noise levels and minimal exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
