Responsibilities
- Supervising labor management and planning of inbound, outbound activities
- Conducting staff meetings to review and plan activities
- Managing operations to meet productivity and service goals
- Supervising receiving, warehousing, and shipping of products
- Conducting performance appraisals and addressing performance issues
- Creating programs for hiring, training, and professional development
- Holding regular meetings with warehouse staff for improvement
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 3 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment
- 1 year experience in a supervisory role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
- Knowledge of RF scanners and WMS functions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and personnel skills
- Good communication skills, written and oral
- Strong leadership, supervision, and planning skills

- GED
