Responsibilities
- Supervise labor management and planning of inbound, outbound, product slotting, and customer communication activities
- Manage operations to meet productivity and service goals
- Conduct staff meetings to review work activities and plan for continuous improvement
- Provide direction and support to Human Resources
- Train new staff and assess their progress
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend promotions
- Manage warehouse staff and oversee daily work assignments
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 3 years’ experience in a logistics/distribution environment
- 1 year experience in a supervisory role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of RF Scanners and WMS functions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and personnel skills
- Must be able to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
