The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, stacking product, counting and inspecting product, notifying leadership of damages or discrepancies, and operating equipment safely. Associates are expected to meet company objectives in performance, safety, and quality and comply with all corporate and site-specific policies.

• Picking: accurately pick orders using pallet jack, stage, package, band, shrink wrap, and label as required.
• Quality Control: verify product quality, report damages, and ensure orders meet standards.
• Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance: execute safety protocols, maintain cleanliness, comply with SOPs, corporate and site-specific policies, OSHA/SDS standards.
• Equipment Operation: operate pallet jack and other equipment safely, report problems, maintain equipment.
• Maintenance: assist in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned.
• Other Duties: work overtime when required, perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures from mild to moderate.
• Basic to intermediate math skills for inventory count and verification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

• 6 months experience in warehouse/logistics/distribution.
• Current or prior MHE certification.

• Occasionally lifting 21-50 pounds, bending, walking, standing, sitting.
