Warehouse Inventory Team Member, Shift

• Perform routine cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile actual stock with database records.
• Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording inventory locations.
• Research historical transactions involving movement of materials.
• Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying items listed on orders.
• Maintain in-person inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
• Perform accurate data entry and physical counting, and identify shrinkage or damaged goods.

• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 2-3 years forklift experience.
• Current or prior MHE certification.
• Strong attention to detail accuracy and accomplish job task in a timely manner.
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
• Must be able to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office—Excel, Outlook, Word.
• Knowledge of warehouse management system is a plus.
• May require physical effort associated with using the computer to access information, or standing, walking, lifting needed to carry out everyday activities.

Demonstrates strong inventory management capabilities, including accurate data entry, cycle counting, and material handling. Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and adapting to fast-paced work environments.
