Warehouse Inventory Team Lead – Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cycle counts
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and reconcile actual stock with database records
• Identify, label, place, and record materials and supplies in inventory locations
• Research historical material movement transactions
• Locate, pull, and verify materials and supplies listed on orders
• Deliver and open materials and supplies at work centers
• Perform accurate data entry and physical counting
• Identify shrinkage or damaged goods

• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment
• 2-3 years forklift experience
• Current or prior MHE certification
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to accomplish job tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance
• Ability to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast-paced work environment
• Computer literacy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office:
  Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Knowledge of a warehouse management system is a plus
• Ability to perform physical effort, including standing, walking, and lifting

Demonstrates expertise in inventory management, including cycle counts, data entry accuracy, and material handling. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with warehouse management systems to enhance operational efficiency.
