Speech Language Pathologist in Clawson, MI

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students from early intervention through elementary levels in a collaborative, multi-site school setting. Enjoy variety as you provide in-school and some in-home speech therapy services at three locations conveniently located within a two-mile radius. The role begins June 1, 2026, and extends through Thanksgiving, offering a blend of part-time hours in the summer (510 hours per week) and a full-time schedule (32.5 hours per week) during the school year.

• Deliver year-round speech-language therapy for early intervention, Early Childhood Center, and PreK/elementary students in non-public settings
• Manage a diverse caseload across three schools and local in-home therapy in Clawson
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff for optimal student outcomes
• Utilize creative, evidence-based strategies to address a range of speech and language needs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and school requirements

• Active Michigan School Speech and Language Pathologist Certification
• Experience supporting early intervention, preschool, and elementary-aged students
• Comfort and adaptability working in multiple school sites and home environments
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to build rapport with students, families, and school teams
