Home Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides in Clawson, MI. In this role, you will provide essential in-home care services to clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being while promoting independence and quality of life.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transferring clients safely within the home.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and client conditions.

• Previous experience as a Home Care Aide or in a similar caregiving role is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and their families.
• Reliable transportation to and from job location in Clawson, MI.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Physical stamina to perform duties, including lifting and assisting clients.

• Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour.
