Position Overview

The Technical Pre/Post Sales Support Technician serves as a critical link between our sales team, channel partners, and customers. This role provides technical expertise throughout the customer journey from product demonstrations and evaluations to installation, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.

You will work directly with construction professionals, helping them implement and maximize the value of NOAR Technologies' solutions in real world jobsite environments.

Key Responsibilities Pre-Sales Support
  • Support sales representatives and channel partners with technical product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Assist in evaluating customer requirements and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and product evaluations.
  • Provide technical expertise during the proposal and solution design process.
  • Conduct proof of concept testing and product trials when needed.
  • Assist with technical documentation and solution recommendations.
Post-Sales Support
  • Install, configure, and commission hardware and software solutions.
  • Deliver customer onboarding and user training programs.
  • Provide field and remote technical support to customers and partners.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and workflow related issues.
  • Escalate complex technical issues while serving as the primary customer contact.
  • Monitor customer adoption and identify opportunities to improve utilization and success.
  • Maintain accurate service records, support tickets, and project documentation.
  • Support software updates, product rollouts, and new feature deployments.
Customer Success
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and partners.
  • Ensure successful implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate product improvement opportunities.
  • Act as a customer advocate within the organization.
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, Information Technology, Electronics, Surveying, or related field.
  • Experience supporting hardware and software technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with construction industry workflows, equipment, or jobsite operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience providing customer training and technical support.
  • Comfortable working independently in both office and field environments.
