Overview
Western Express is seeking safe, seasoned Class‑A truck drivers to become driver trainers. As a trainer you will coach the new generation, earn high pay, and enjoy comprehensive benefits.
Driver Trainer Opportunity- Fast‑track evaluation: get approved to train in as little as 30 days.
- Dependable trucks: well‑maintained fleet with the latest safety technology.
- Regional and OTR lanes for dry van or flatbed (depending on location).
- Earn up to $130,000 per year.
- Trainers now earn up to 70 CPM
. - New safety bonus: qualify to take home up to $2,000 more each month.
- Earn on your miles and your trainees' miles.
- Unlimited $1,000 driver referral bonuses.
- Paid vacation.
- Health, Dental and Vision + 401(k).
- Valid CDL‑A (Class
A) license. - 21+ years of age.
- 3+ months verified CDL‑A experience.
- 1‑3 months minimum Western Express tenure.
