Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (or until work is completed)

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Customer Service Representative to support daily warehouse and customer operations. The Warehouse Customer Service Representative will serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate order processing and effective communication between customers and warehouse teams.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, inventory, and orders.
• Schedule inbound and outbound appointments using DMS.
• Enter and manage orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Generate paperwork, process invoices, and maintain records.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, warehouse operations, and accounting.
• Research discrepancies and process approved credits/debits.
• Provide administrative support and team coverage as needed.

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pass a math assessment, background check, and drug screening.
