RHD is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Behavioral Health Residential team. DSPs provide direct support to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and behavioral health challenges, helping them develop life skills and participate in their communities.
You will work with clinical and residential staff in a person-centered, recovery-oriented care approach, monitor wellbeing, assist with daily living, and respond calmly to crises.
