2nd Shift - Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Agile Cold Storage - Claymont. As a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery. Your main goal will be to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. You will work closely with our operations team to identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise and perform preventative maintenance to keep our equipment in top condition.

This is a critical role that requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
• RC forklift maintenance, repair, and PM's
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

• Associate's degree in industrial maintenance or related field
• Any HVAC experience a PLUS
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery, including troubleshooting and repairs
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
• Collaborate with Operations team to identify and address any issues that arise
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Electrical & mechanical troubleshooting on RC's, Dock doors, dock levelers, Rytec doors, etc.
• General building & grounds maintenance.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will use your strong knowledge of mechanics and mechanical systems to perform routine maintenance and repairs on our equipment and machinery. Your ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics will be critical to your success in this role. Additionally, your familiarity with RCs, dock doors and WMS software will be beneficial in performing preventative maintenance and minimizing downtime.
