Asset Protection Specialist

Home Depot -  - Responsibilities:
Prevent financial loss caused by theft and fraud and support safety and environmental program compliance in assigned store(s).;
Identify incidents of theft and fraud, review CCTV and exception reports, monitor the store's physical security, audit Electronic Article Surveillance, and drive a shrink elimination culture in the store.;
Prepare accurate and detailed case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries, preserve evidence, interact with law enforcement, and testify in criminal and civil court actions.;
Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty and carry out responsibilities in a manner that minimizes risk of injury.;
Demonstrate integrity and respond to asset protection and operational concerns of all associates while focusing on store objectives.
