Are you an HR professional who thrives on building connections and navigating the complexities of people operations?
Eagle Group is looking for a dynamic HR Generalist (internally known as our Talent & Benefits Specialist) to join our HR Department!

In this role, you aren’t just processing paperwork; you are the bridge between an employee’s first impression and their long-term security. You will lead our full-cycle recruitment efforts while serving as the go-to subject matter expert for benefits administration and leave compliance.

What You’ll Do:
  • Champion Recruitment: Lead the charge in securing top talent by crafting compelling postings, screening candidates, and managing the entire hiring journey.
  • Dynamic Onboarding: Facilitate high-energy onboarding experiences to ensure a seamless transition for every new hire.
  • Benefits & Wellness Advocacy: Act as the primary contact for health benefits, 401(k), and Medicare transitions, guiding employees through important life milestones.
  • Leave Leadership: Manage the administration of FMLA, ACA, Paid Medical Leave, and Short-Term Disability with precision.
  • Strategic Support: Partner with managers to forecast staffing needs and transform raw headcount data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • System Administration: Maintain 100% data integrity within our ADP and IBM portals.
What You Bring:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in an HR Generalist or high-engagement HR role.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in the ADP portal and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Compliance Knowledge: A deep understanding of federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, ACA, etc.).
  • Communication

    Skills:

A natural ability to connect with people, lead training sessions, and present to large groups.
  • Integrity: A proven track record of handling sensitive matters with the highest level of discretion.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment that requires organizational agility and a "people-first" approach. You should be comfortable navigating different departments within our facility and spending time at a dedicated workstation.

Eagle Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
