Position: (Second Shift) Machine Operator

About the Role

The Machine Operator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of manufacturing equipment during the second shift. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to produce high-quality products that meet company standards. The operator will monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to maintain a safe working environment and consistent product output.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery or similar equipment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Ability to work the second shift hours consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
