Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location:Clayton, MO
Pay Range: Based on experience
What's the Job?
- Manage and coordinate a complex, dynamic calendar, prioritizing and scheduling meetings, events, and appointments across multiple time zones
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and board members, investors, and other high-level stakeholders
- Prepare materials, schedule meetings, and ensure clear, timely communication
- Organize and prepare agendas, presentations, and documents for executive meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Excel, Teams, Zoom, and more
