Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and positive Client Coordinator to support our legal team. While legal experience is not required, we are looking for someone who embodies our core values and is eager to contribute to our mission. This role combines administrative support with client care by working closely with our attorneys and clients to foster clear communication, efficient workflows, and an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a main point of contact for clients, offering reminders, updates, and clarification to keep matters moving forward
- Documenting and troubleshooting client issues
- Open and maintain electronic client files in our system
- Assist Attorney in Document Production
- Maintaining Marketing and Referral List
- Prepare letters and other correspondence
- Handle scheduling and calendar management
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Motivation to learn and grow within the role
