Position Summary
The Senior Coordinator supports the Assistant Vice Chancellor (AVC) and a high-volume communications team that works across University Advancement and campus to advance key marketing communications priorities. The role involves intricate calendaring, budget management, travel arrangements, meeting agenda preparation, content creation, and special projects for the AVC.
PrimaryDuties & Responsibilities
- Assist AVC with projects, scheduling meetings, paying vendors, budget management, and creative/competitive research.
- Project coordination and management.
- Proofreading and creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Normal office environment with typical duties of sitting at a desk, repetitive wrist/hand movement, and occasional on-campus travel.
Education & QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience may substitute for minimum education.
Work Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of University Advancement; ability to relate well to staff and external constituents; sensitivity to university mission.

Salary Range$25.47 - $39.49 per hour. The range reflects base salaries in this job grade. Individual rates are determined by qualifications and performance.
