What You’ll Be Doing

• Payroll Processing: Assure payments to employees are paid, calculated and processed accurately and perform proper audits and reporting timely and accurately within the established guidelines
• Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer services to resolve issues swiftly and accurately to meet corporate and field associate needs
• Compliance: Maintain knowledge of pay policies, PTO, and other benefits provided to employees to ensure compliance
• Partnership: Collaborate with HR Operations, HR Business Partners, and greater Caleres HR team members

Qualifications

• Payroll experience required
• Experience utilizing an HCM - Ceridian Dayforce is a plus
