Care Vet is seeking a Labor Analytics Analyst to join the Financial Operations team in Clayton, MO. You will partner with Finance, Payroll, and Operations to deliver analytical support on doctor compensation, labor expense, budgeting, and operational performance.
You will translate complex data into actionable insights, develop new KPIs, and help drive strategic decisions across the organization. The role reports to the Director of Labor Analytics and supports Care Vet's labor strategy.
