Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Patient Concierge whose primary focus is to be a professional, friendly, customer-focused personality that is always polite and helpful. The goal of a Patient Concierge is to always make guests feel comfortable and valued while visiting us. This role requires excellent customer service skills, sales ability, technological expertise, social media/content creation knowledge, and top notch communication skills.

Part Time and Full Time hours are available. Applicants must have the ability to work flexible hours and be available to work weekends (Friday-Saturday) as well as evenings (as late as 6:30pm). Industry experience preferred but not required. Receptionist experience is a plus, training will be provided. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and offer refreshments
  • Schedule, coordinate and confirm appointments
  • Assist patients with inquiries and requests for information
  • Patient post care follow up calls
  • Inventory tracking and management
  • Sales to patients and payment processing
  • Assist management in resolving patient matters timely and effectively, escalating as necessary
  • Record and photograph patient treatments and other content for social media *
  • New business lead origination and follow up
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Provide general support to administrative and clinical staff as needed
  • Other delegated duties as assigned
  • Adherence to time clocking policy
  • Adherence to HIPPA regulations, maintaining patient confidentiality
Qualifications
  • Positive, upbeat attitude
  • Demonstration of professionalism in all interactions
  • Excellent interpersonal & written/verbal communication skills
  • Positive response to constructive criticism
  • Experience with capturing photo and video recording and social media platforms
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma required, some college preferred
