Planning, advice & guidance are the heart of our Goals-Based Wealth Management process. Together we go beyond clients’ investments, to helping them with all aspects of their lives. We help clients articulate and quantify the purpose for their wealth, advise them in creating an overall wealth management strategy and provide consistent guidance and periodic reviews to help ensure clients stay on track with their complex and often changing needs.
Together we implement strategy in conjunction with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management specialists and clients tax and legal advisors.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Clayton, MO. As a Wealth Management Associate, you will be a valued team member helping clients manage all aspects of their wealth. Your responsibilities will include assisting with client communications, providing operational excellence, helping clients achieve their goals, delivering client advocacy, and customizing solutions based on each client s specific needs. You will be the most frequent point of contact within our team to address service needs of our clients.
This position is for Candidates who want to eventually become Wealth Management Advisors and equity partners in the team.
- Proficiency in Finance to assist in developing and implementing personalized advice
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to evaluate data and generate actionable insights
- Knowledge of Investments to assist in portfolio management and financial analysis.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred
- Licenses such as Series 7 and 66, or the ability to attain them, are advantageous
- Previous experience in the financial services or wealth management industry is a plus
