Greenprint Capital is seeking an Analyst to join its Investments team, responsible for structuring, underwriting, and closing tax equity, preferred equity, and project finance transactions across the firm's renewable energy investment portfolio. Location in St. Louis, MO is required.
The role is entry-level and focused on building a foundation in tax equity, preferred equity, and project finance execution, supporting financial modeling, due diligence coordination, and preparation of transaction and investment committee materials under the direction of senior team members.
Core Responsibilities- Build and maintain financial models supporting tax equity, preferred equity, and project finance transactions, including partnership flip and Section 6418 transfer structures.
- Support due diligence by organizing data rooms, reviewing project financials and legal/tax documents, and tracking open items to resolution.
- Research renewable energy markets, tax credit policy, and comparable transaction pricing to inform investment decisions.
- Draft sections of investment memos, transaction summaries, and investor-facing materials.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and pipeline data in Salesforce.
- Coordinate with legal, tax, and sponsor counter parties on documentation requests.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience; internship or full-time experience in banking, energy finance, or a related analytical role is a plus.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
- High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple work streams.
Compensation Range
Base Salary: $115,000-$155,000 annually
Total Compensation Includes:
- Performance bonus:
Target of 10% of base salary annually - Discretionary bonus:
Potential additional bonus based on individual and company performance
Full-time
Schedule- Monday through Friday
- Hybrid work environment
- Occasional travel
