Summary:
Live Well Partners is seeking a Support Specialist to serve as the first line of assistance for our home health agencies. This role functions as Tier 1 Help Desk support, providing timely and effective solutions to clinicians and administrative staff using our systems, including Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and Point Care.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serves as the primary point of contact for incoming support requests via phone and/or ticketing system.
Provides real-time assistance to field clinicians with visit-related issues in HCHB/Point Care.
Supports administrative staff, including schedulers, with system navigation and troubleshooting.
Resolves common technical and workflow issues or escalate more complex problems as needed.
Document support requests, resolutions, and trends to improve overall system performance.
Maintains a strong understanding of workflows within home health operations.
Collaborate with Clinical Educators and leadership to identify recurring issues and opportunities for training or process improvement.
Other duties as reasonably assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required.
Familiarity with Point Care strongly preferred.
Previous help desk, customer support, or technical support experience preferred.
Experience in home health or healthcare environment is a plus.
Clinical background (e.g., PT, RN, or therapy assistant) is a plus but not required.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot in real time.
Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
