Focus is seeking a Security Specialist to lead cybersecurity awareness and training across the firm. You will own the program, deliver mandatory and role-based training, and run phishing simulations to reduce human-driven risk. Collaboration with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance is essential to meet regulatory requirements while keeping content engaging and practical.
The role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in the St. Louis office, reporting to the Head of Cybersecurity Governance.
