We’re looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a busy commercial litigation team in Clayton. If you thrive in a high-energy environment, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy working in-office with a collaborative team, this could be a great fit!
What You’ll Do- Provide full administrative and litigation support to attorneys.
- Draft, proof, and format legal documents and correspondence.
- Organize case files and manage discovery materials.
- Schedule hearings, depositions, and meetings.
- Communicate with clients, courts, and internal teams.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Experience: 5+ years as a Legal Assistant in a commercial litigation setting.
- Strong knowledge of litigation processes and court filing procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude under pressure.
Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 184 hours a year, 13 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
