ABM Industries - Up to $25.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Perform general handyman and maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall repair.;
Assist with routine and preventive maintenance of building systems and equipment.;
Complete work orders related to lighting, fixtures, doors, locks, flooring, and minor appliance repairs.;
Troubleshoot basic maintenance issues and escalate complex repairs as needed.;
Conduct visual inspections of facilities to identify repair or safety needs.
