Office Manager

Overview

Thales Academy Flowers Plantation is accepting applications for an Office Manager position for the  academic year.

The mission of Thales Academy is to provide an excellent and affordable education for students in Pre-K to 12th grades through the use of Direct Instruction (K-5) and a Classical Curriculum (6-12) that embodies traditional values.

• Providing clerical and administrative support to the campus Head of School
• Communicating with staff, students, parents, and families using strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Front desk reception duties (field phone calls, address student needs, greet campus visitors, handle daily mail, deliveries, etc.)
• Providing strong customer service in person, by phone, and by email.

• Experience in an office environment or admin role is preferred
• Experience with a variety of technological platforms is preferred (including but not limited to: Google/G-Suite, Mac OS X, Canvas, OnRecord)
• Must have a strong ability to multi-task
