Clayton, NC Department Retail Job  Type Full-Time Compensation $17 - $20 per hour (USD)
Experience1 Year Dispatching Carolina Comfort Air, Inc. is a fast-growing HVAC company located in Clayton, NC. We are excited to be looking for a Retail Coordinator to help our Retail Department with permitting and other administrative duties.

Summary/Objective:
The Retail Coordinator reports to the CCA Retail Department Manager and works collaboratively with other CCA employees in leading the Company toward its long-term vision of being the premier heating and air conditioning services provider. An employee in this class performs the full range of duties associated dispatching field technicians and support personnel to various sites and jobs. The coordinator is expected to act as ambassador for the CCA brand.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pmTraining

Schedule:

4-6 Weeks-Monday-Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm

Essential Job Functions:

Permitting:
* Process permit application for installation jobs in a timely manner
* Process permit payment with designated inspection departments
* Complete permit verification questions with consultants and/or customers for any permitting delays/denials from the inspection departments
* Schedule and coordinate permit pickup with designated shop managers at remote locations as needed
* Provide great customer service with all inspection department personnel
* Forward all credit card transaction receipts to Accounts Payable
* Provide positive team morale within the department and company
* Keep workspace neat and tidy Administrative:
* Complete daily data entry for on-the-Job Tracker Columns-CCA Location, Installation Date and Permit Fees
* Organization of Permit Approvals
* Customer Service through Daily Team Task Communications (Phone/Email/Chat)
* Daily Job Conversions
* Schedule Department Consultations, Callbacks, and/or Follow-ups
* Complete monthly permit analytics report
** Requirements**:
* Minimum of a High School diploma
* At least 2-5 years of overall professional experience as a Dispatcher or similar role in a HVAC related environment
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
* Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
