Construction Manager, Night Shift

We're looking for an experienced Night Shift Construction Manager to lead field operations on a large-scale aseptic production facility in Clayton, NC. This role will own daily coordination of night shift activities, manage multi-discipline subcontractors, ensure work quality and safety compliance, and partner closely with the day shift team for seamless handoffs.

Pay: $55.00- $80.00 per hour DOE.

• Lead daily coordination of night shift field activities and manage shift turnover with the day team.
• Supervise multi-discipline subcontractors with emphasis on MEP trades.
• Coordinate pipe pressure testing, flushing, cleaning, passivation, blowdown, and drying activities.
• Ensure work quality through QA/QC inspection and reporting.
• Support commissioning and qualification of MEP systems.
• Drive safety culture across the job site — safety first, always.
• Communicate construction activities, schedules, and conflict resolutions with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.

• 15+ years of construction site experience.
• 15+ years as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-discipline construction projects in Life Sciences.
• Strong field supervision experience with MEP trades.
• Solid knowledge of QA/QC, commissioning, and qualification processes for MEP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred — equivalent experience considered.
• Ability to work extended night shift hours, walk large job sites, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions.

• Experience with cleanroom and GMP systems in a pharma environment.
• Knowledge of LEAN strategies — Last Planner System (LPS), 5S, vPlanner, or Hoylu.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 scheduling and 3D tools — Navisworks, Revizto, BIM
  360, or Revit.
• Advanced knowledge of MEP, architectural, and cleanroom systems.
