Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy customer contact environment in Clayton, North Carolina. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing order details accurately, and providing prompt service over the phone. The person in this role will handle a high volume of inbound interactions while also completing outbound follow-up as needed to resolve questions and keep requests moving efficiently.

Responsibilities:
