Always Family First Autism Services is dedicated to inspiring, supporting, and educating families with autistic children. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing interventions, monitoring progress, and providing training and support to clients, families, and staff. Furthermore, they will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster the growth and independence of families and their children. This position is full-time, in-person, and conducted within clients’ homes, with hybrid telehealth services considered for suitable candidates.

• Master’s Degree with the BACB-approved Verified Course Sequence
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Valid Behavior Analyst license in North Carolina
