What You Will Do:- Partner with managers and employees to address HR-related inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on best practices
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for manufacturing and corporate roles.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive networking and talent acquisition strategies.
- Oversee recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans.
- Assist with employee relations, engagement initiatives, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies specific to the manufacturing environment.
- Education: bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience
, preferably in a manufacturing setting. - Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to work as a team player
. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills for recruitment metrics.
