WhatWill You Do?
As a Specialist, Personalization & Testing at Caleres, you will conduct quantitative and qualitative customer research to analyze online behaviors and identify key user journeys for personalization. You will develop and execute personalization tactics for high-value segments while collaborating with cross-functional partners to translate goals into A/B/n testing scenarios. Additionally, you will manage the A/B/n testing program, defining success metrics, analyzing results, and providing recommendations to stakeholders.
