Logistics Business Analyst

ABC Healthcare, a leader in healthcare services, is seeking a Logistics Business Analyst to optimize supply chain operations across our Grifols-affiliated facilities. In this role, you will analyze procurement, inventory, and distribution data to improve availability of medical supplies, reduce costs, and support high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include developing dashboards and reports, documenting requirements, supporting system implementations, and collaborating with clinical, procurement, and finance teams.

You will help design process improvements, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics, inventory, and procurement data to identify trends and inefficiencies
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs for supply chain performance
• Document business requirements and support logistics system enhancements
• Collaborate with clinical, procurement, and finance teams to align supply chain with care needs
• Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce cost and improve service levels
• Support forecasting and demand planning for medical supplies and equipment
• Ensure logistics processes align with healthcare regulations and internal policies
• Participate in cross-functional projects to standardize and scale best practices
