A community management company in North Carolina is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep of properties through preventive maintenance and repairs. You will be responsible for maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs while also maintaining cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of general maintenance and safety regulations, and a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience.
