Initial Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Lead to join their team in Clayton, NC. The individual will be responsible for the coaching and development of shift personnel while ensuring the successful execution of production processes.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field and at least seven years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing. Knowledge of automated systems and process improvement methodologies such as LEAN and Six Sigma is preferred.
