We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join a Finished Product Pharmaceutical Facility as Manufacturing Process Technicians. This role supports a new product line, driven by increased market demand. Technicians will load materials, complete electronic batch records, maintain logbook entries, document work orders, and conduct process checks to ensure quality. A focus on process improvement is key, as is reporting and resolving line issues.

• Load materials and complete batch packaging records for all processes.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation, including batch records and logbook entries.
• Conduct process checks to ensure quality standards are met.
• Report recurring issues on the production line and assist in developing solutions.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives and provide suggestions.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.

• Understanding of Bioworks and manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of biotechnology and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Previous manufacturing experience in a GMP environment.
• Aseptic and cleanroom experience, including gowning.
• Technical proficiency for electronic documentation.

• Exposure to GMP knowledge.
• Interest and initiative to work in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Bioworks/Associates in Biotechnology is advantageous.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.

This is a Contract position based out of Clayton, NC.

The pay range for this position is $24.33 - $24.33/hr.
