CNC Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 19.38 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:30pm)

• Set up, program, and operate CNC woodworking machinery (Biesse) to manufacture precision plywood components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements.
• Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to verify quality and tolerances.
• Troubleshoot machine issues, adjust CNC programs, and perform routine maintenance to maintain production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inspection records while ensuring all parts meet quality standards.

CNC Operator

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience operating CNC woodworking machinery in furniture, cabinetry, or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, and work instructions.
• Experience setting up, programming, and troubleshooting CNC equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools and perform quality inspections.
