Operations

• Safely operate construction equipment in support of endurance and validation testing activities.
• Record daily machine usage, operating conditions, and performance concerns.
• Promptly communicate safety, quality, or performance issues to the Team Leader.
• Perform routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance activities.
• Wash, inspect, and maintain assigned equipment.
• Identify and report mechanical, structural, hydraulic, or electrical concerns.
• Complete minor service and repair tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Support testing activities across multiple machine platforms and applications.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating construction equipment or heavy machinery.
• Basic understanding of construction machinery and mechanical systems
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work independently
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Experience assembling or repairing BHL, MHE, STTT, and SWL machines
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Additional maintenance or heavy equipment repair experience

• Hours:
  
  Monday-Thursday, 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM
• Starting pay rate: $23.44/hour (includes 8% shift differential)

  Clayton, NC Machine Development Center

Summary Pay Range: $21.70 - $27.35
