• Close management of material flow and priorities
• Process optimization of blasting operation to reduce internal and external scrap
• Process and quality audits
• Alignment of logistics priorities for critical material to be shipped

• Support quality inspectors at final inspection
• Organize flow of material, ensuring the team is working on top priorities
• Communicate with quality engineers on special requirements
• Escalate to leadership when problems occur

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience

Pay Range: 60,000 – 75,000 USD per year (Hodges – South Carolina)
