Responsibilities
- Support key initiatives such as the Laboratory Execution System (LES) project
- Guide and troubleshoot SAP-related issues across various functions
- Mentor team members and communicate proposals to senior management
- Act as a technical authority for quality and business direction
- BS/BA, preferably in a STEM field
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience for Sr. Quality Associate I
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience for Sr. Quality Associate II
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience for Principal Quality Associate
- Experience with SAP QM
- Ability to advise and influence technical decisions
- Strong analytical skills for quality data interpretation
Demonstrates expertise in SAP QM and quality data interpretation, with a strong ability to guide technical decisions and mentor team members in a laboratory execution environment.
