The Server plays a key role in creating a positive dining experience for residents by providing courteous and efficient meal service. This position is responsible for taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring the dining area remains clean and welcoming. Servers work closely with the culinary team to accommodate resident needs and preferences while maintaining high service standards.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, friendly, and attentive to detail, ensuring residents receive the highest level of hospitality and care during mealtimes.

• Meal Service: Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently while providing friendly, courteous service.
• Resident Interaction: Engage with residents in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive and enjoyable dining experience.
• Dining Room Maintenance: Set up and clear tables, ensuring the dining area is clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Special Requests: Accommodate resident dietary needs and special requests in coordination with the kitchen staff.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and healthy dining environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality (preferred, but not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or other serving equipment
