Job Opportunity – Door-to-Door Pest Control Sales

Position Overview: This is a sales-driven role. Your primary responsibility is to generate leads, contact homeowners in new developments, and close sales.

Our sales team does more than close deals. They create, build, and grow relationships with residential clients. We re not just selling pest control; we re delivering the best customer experience, paired with the highest-quality service available.

• Canvass new territories to generate orders and promote services.
• Educate potential customers on features, pricing, and advantages of home protection.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department on sales efforts.
• Analyze market trends to increase sales.
• Prepare and submit sales orders.
• Maintain customer records.
• Track sales activity using the CRM platform.
• Answer customer questions about products, prices, and timelines.
• Attend regular sales team meetings.

• At least 21 years old
• Valid drivers license with a clean 3-year driving record
• Ability to pass state licensing exams (training provided)
• Door-to-door sales experience is a plus but not required.

All candidates must pass a background check, drug screening, and driving record review prior to employment.
