Southern Industrial Constructors is hiring a Rigging Foreman for the RAL NOVO JW project in Clayton, NC. This leadership role oversees hoisting operations, steel placement, load alignment, and crew coordination on industrial job sites. The position requires strong knowledge of rigging practices, crane signaling, and structural alignment procedures. The company offers competitive pay with benefits eligibility after three months.
