Machine​/Facilities Maintenance Technician

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturer who is seeking a skilled and versatile Machine/Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their growing team in Clayton, NC. This is a direct hire opportunity working Monday-Friday 7:15am-4:15pm.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of production machinery and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Maintain and repair facility infrastructure, including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance
• Track and log maintenance work using CMMS or other maintenance management systems
• Assist with equipment installation, setup, and calibration
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime
• Work with outside vendors and contractors as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school certification preferred
• 3+ years of experience in industrial machine maintenance and facility maintenance
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Experience with hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and meters
• Basic welding and fabrication skills a plus
• Familiarity with OSHA and Electrical safety standards
• HVAC and Electrical certifications preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
