As a Warehouse Associate at Caterpillar
Supporting logistics, you will perform the material handling and warehousing functions required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment and supplies at the Clayton, NC facility.
Physical Requirements- Willing and able to sit or stand for prolonged periods
- Willing and able to perform repetitive operations
- Willing and able to lift, push and pull up to 35 lbs
- Minimum 12 months of forklift experience on sit-down, stand-up/reach truck or turret truck
- Beginner proficiency in Computer Skills/Microsoft applications
- Order Picker Forklift experience (cherry-picker, case-picker)
- Logistics/Warehouse experience
- Experience with Computerized Inventory Management Systems (SAP)
- Numerical Reasoning Aptitude Skills
Shift: 1st Shift Full-Time
Compensation: $18.00/hour
Hours: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm, MANDATORY Overtime as business needs require on Fridays – currently scheduling approximately 2 Overtime shifts each month.
